Next Level Coaching creates personalized challenges that guide you in fitness and nutrition in order to teach proper form and specific exercise routines, customized programming accessible anywhere, and easy to follow nutrition plans without fad dieting.
Our team of coaches work collaboratively so you gain access to multiple trainers that have experience in a wide range of fitness training modalities and nutrition. Fitness training is not one size fits all, so we ensure that you work with multiple coaches to find the best fit for your needs and goals.
Our program includes:
- A fitness assessment to find out where you are now, define goals, identify your strengths and discuss budget.
- In person training sessions and/or programming all your workouts.
- Custom nutrition coaching to teach you how to best feed your body with realistic meal plans. We implement simple Mediterranean diets that become habits you will want to adapt into your everyday life.
- Mentoring throughout the program to educate, motivate, and keep you accountable.
