Fierce Fitness

Trainer:  Joey

The science behind our athletic training proves that elite conditioning is attainable. A mixture of Thai style kickboxing and Western boxing designed to help you punch and kick away the stress of your day. This fitness class blasts away fat while toning all of the major muscle groups, with a focus on your core. The rapid movements also improves balance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Fierce Fitness is taught by our certified integrated martial sciences instructor, trainer Joey.

Active Recovery

Optimize your recovery, while increasing your flexibility, mobility, and balance as you flow through a series of low intensity dynamic movements to get your blood flowing, and reduce fatigue. As paradoxical as it may seem, the best way to recover from a hard workout is to exercise at a lower intensity rather than remaining still.
Whoever came up with “muscles grow with rest” hasn’t joined our class.

Boot Camp

Looking for that extra push in your workout routine? Our Boot Camps are designed to keep you on your toes! We like to keep it exciting by offering unique weekly routines that will never bore you! HIIT workouts include a combination of body weight, circuit and weight training exercises – for that full body burn. This variety of exercises is a sure way to build lean muscle – strengthen the core, arms, legs and glutes while also improving your cardiovascular health, flexibility and mobility. This class is designed to push you to new limits, and have fun getting in shape. 

Team Training

Join the Team! Whether your goal is to lose weight, train for an upcoming show or get the body you know you’re designed to have, our TEAM training is for you!
Our team training program will take you further than you thought possible.
We use a tailored program using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and a combination of cardio circuits to get you closer to your fitness and physique goals.

Our training program matched with dedicated accountability coaches is the secret sauce you’ve been missing from you training program.

Our expert instructors deliver dynamic HIIT experiences that are intense, challenging and proven to burn calories, ramp up your metabolism and ignite your energy. We promise this will be the best 60 minutes of you day!

Circuit Training

Circuit training is an excellent way for all fitness levels to improve mobility, strength and stamina.
